LEADERSHIP IN THE LOCAL CHURCH
Our conviction from the Scriptures is that there are two offices in the local church: Elders & Deacons. Elders are called men of exemplary Christ-like character who shepherd the church; deacons are men and women of exemplary Christ-like character who serve the church.
